Sept 2008, 19.30 Uhr Performance and discussion in english. Jet Moon presents 'femme-inism 101' a wild ride through this femme dykes tales of gender, growing up, love, sex and politics. "I'm your bastard daughter white trash whore sister bitch goddess chipped brick uber slut, fuck you in the ass nightmare kind of girl… raised by mama to do all the right things… and just look at how I turned out. An angel in the kitchen and a whore in the bedroom… give me half a chance and I'll see if we can work out some thing that combines the two…how about you cook me dinner in your underwear and then I fuck you on the table?" (Jet Moon) Jet Moon is an artist/activist producing politically engaged creative work that combines performance, writing, and film. Strongly influenced by her involvement with the alter-globalist movement, Jet Moon has developed a style of writing, performing, and directing that captures the fragmented nature of contemporary living: the pratice of moving across borders, whether geographic, cultural, sexual, gendered, visible or invisible. She often works with people and situations outside of the traditional arts context. Jet Moon is a founding member of the Queer Beograd collective. She has long-term connections with No Borders London and a number of other arts/activists collectives.
